"Getting to Peace" by William L. Ury

William L. Ury

William L. Ury is the cofounder and Associate Director of The Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. He also directs the project on Preventing War at the Program on Negotiation. The author of Getting to YES: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In, Getting Past NO: Negotiating Your Way From Confrontation to Cooperation, and Getting to Peace: Transforming Conflict at Home, at Work, and in the World. Ury devotes most of his research to the topic of "the global dynamics of transforming destructive conflicts into constructive processes."
