  2. Compare recognition, recall, priming, relearning, and explicit and implicit memory.
  3. Compare and contrast the information-processing and parallel distributed processing models of memory.
  4. Describe the "three-box model" of memory and explain its components.
  5. Identify the role, characteristics and limitation of the sensory register, short-term memory and long-term memory.
  6. Distinguish among procedural, declarative, semantic, and episodic memories.
  7. Identify strategies for enhancing memory.
  8. Summarize current findings about the physiological processes involved in memory.
  9. List and explain reasons for forgetting.
  10. Describe the relationship between a person's "life story" and actual memories, including which memories are most likely to be trustworthy.
