This activity contains 4 questions.
Look in your text at the image of the Chilkat blanket (fig. 26-16). Look at the design and imagine it worn over the shoulders. Describe the difference you would imagine in this piece as a two-dimensional object (as we see if in the photo) and a three dimensional object (as it would be if worn). Explain how the object would be transformed when worn.

in your text (fig. 26-4). Look carefully at the intricate detail. It is easy to become absorbed in the detail. Yet the details are subdued by the work as a whole. The work as a whole has visual unity. Explain why.
