. and choose to take the virtual tour. Go to the top floor and find the gallery with Rembrandt's Night Watch. Use the QuickTime VR movie to survey the room and get a sense of the size of the work. What impact is the large size of the work likely to have on a viewer? As you look around the room, notice that the Night Watch is not the only large group portrait in the gallery. Identify the others and speculate on why seventeenth-century Dutch people liked such large group portraits. You can get information on any of the paintings by clicking on it from within the movie.
