Point to ponder: On page 344 the authors describe the problem of Internet privacy. They provide an example of a U.S. Naval Officer who was discharged for having an AOL profile describing him as gay. He was reinstated after a judge determined both AOL and the Navy might have violated the Electronic Privacy Act (EPA). Were you aware of the EPA? Do you agree with the federal judges ruling?
