Welcome to Ask Dr. Caron!
This site is intended to be a serious forum on human sexuality for college students using Human Sexuality, 1/e by Miracle, Miracle, and Baumeister by Prentice Hall, Inc. and students around the world. CollegeSexTalk™ provides students with a place to discuss what really matters to them.
Participants also have an opportunity to ask questions and receive informed answers from Dr. Caron - author, columnist, and founder of numerous innovative programs relating to human sexuality.
Sandra L. Caron, Ph.D. is Professor of Family Relations and Human Sexuality in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Maine. She received her undergraduate and Master's degree from the University of Maine (1979, 1982) and her Ph.D. from Syracuse University in New York in 1986. She left her Health Education position at Cornell University in 1988 to return to her home State of Maine. She has been on the faculty for 12 years. In addition to her faculty position, she works as a sex therapist; she is the co-director of the Human Sexuality Clinic in Bangor, and author of Sex Matters for College Students: Sex FAQ's in Human Sexuality, 1/e copyright 2002, Prentice Hall, Inc.
