Activity 13.1 Transcription

CDA13_1.jpg The genetic information that is stored in the DNA located in the nucleus of a cell must be conveyed to the cytoplasm, where that information can be translated into a specific sequence of amino acids. The intermediary molecule is RNA, synthesized by the process of transcription. In this activity, you’ll investigate the steps involved in transcription.
