Visualization Center

While you journey through Chemistry: The Central Science, Eighth Edition, the Atoms & Molecules Visualization Center will provide you with the ability to view most of the molecules in the book in a dynamic three-dimensional fashion. As you work through a chapter of the book, come to the Visualization Center to get a better idea of the 3-D structure of the molecules covered in the text.

This site also provides tutorials on some of the topics that are intimately connected with the 3-D nature of molecules, such as VSEPR, from Chapter 9, and Crystal Structure, from Chapter 11.
