Exercises

These exercises are designed to review your attitude and assertiveness skills. Try to answer the first set of questions as quickly and spontaneously as possible. Do not censor your answers. These are called open-ended questions. Open-ended questions sometimes make people think about different responses each time they see them, so it’s all right to have more than one answer, as well as to change an answer whenever you review the questions. These questions will also cause you to review past actions so that you can better identify how they affected who you are today. Answer the questions in the rest of the exercises to reflect your ideal environment and how you see yourself.
