This is the Companion Website for Contemporary Electric Circuits: Insights and Analysis, Second Edition, by Robert A. Strangeway, Owe G. Petersen, John D. Gassert, and Richard J. Lokken. It serves as an online study guide, allowing students to test their understanding of individual chapters with Multiple Choice and Fill-in-the-Blank quizzes that can be graded automatically for immediate feedback.

Multisim® Circuit Files
Circuits from selected figures in the text are rendered in Multisim 2001®, Multisim 7®, and Multisim 8® and are included on this site. The circuits you see here were created for use with Multisim software. If you do not currently have Multisim installed on your computer or available to you in your school lab and wish to purchase it, click here for ordering information.

Multisim® is a schematic capture, simulation, and programmable logic tool used by college and university students in their course of study of electronics and electrical engineering. Multisim is widely regarded as an excellent tool for classroom and laboratory learning. However, no part of your textbook or this website is dependent upon the Multisim software or the provided circuit files. These files are provided at no extra cost to the consumer and are for use by anyone who chooses to utilize Multisim software.
