Representing Mathematical Information
Mike Lamoureax is a fifteen-year-old student in a suburban high school outside of Seattle. Since elementary school, Mike has had difficulty mastering basic math facts. He has been unable to concentrate during rote learning exercises involving math computation, and has complained that he finds little application for the skills in real life.
