  6. Give examples of functions that websites serve in web-based projects and learning activities.
  7. Identify resources and procedures for developing web pages and websites.
  8. Follow effective procedures to design and create web-based products.
  9. Select and apply instruments to assess the quality of web-based lessons and products.
