	Electronic Books – Choose an ebook from one of the following websites and read a short section or chapter of the book. You may need reader software such as Microsoft Reader ( http://www.microsoft.com/reader) or Palm Reader ( http://www.palmdigitalmedia.com/product/reader/browse/free) for your desktop, portable or handheld computer. Listing of books online http://digital.library.upenn.edu/books Free downloadable books http://www.free-ebooks.net Write a short review of the ebook, including the title, author, and web address. Summarize your views of the quality of the book and the value of the book for education.   To create paragraphs in your essay response, type <p> at the beginning of the paragraph, and </p> at the end.

	Professional Reference Materials – Visit the website of the National Educational Computing Conference (NECC), at http://www.neccsite.org or http://center.uoregon.edu/ISTE/. Browse the conference program by clicking on "For Attendees," and then click "Program." Choose the concurrent session or workshop that looks the most interesting to you, name the session, and say why you selected it.   To create paragraphs in your essay response, type <p> at the beginning of the paragraph, and </p> at the end.

	Students as Moviemakers – Visit the Scholastic webpage called "Teacher's Guide to Making Student Movies" at http://teacher.scholastic.com/technology/tutor/movie.htm.
