This site allows users of A Resource Guide for Elementary School Teaching, sixth edition, by Patricia L. Roberts, Richard D. Kellough, and Kay Moore, access to extra resources and materials. Here, users will find Objectives as well as Self-Check questions for each chapter. Additional Content and Web Destinations are provided to aid in understanding of chapter themes and concepts. Praxis Warm-Up, Online Portfolio, and Additional Application exercises and activities provide users with additional activities to apply what they’re learning in the chapters of the book toward their goal of becoming elementary school teachers. Other Teacher Tests information is provided to aid students in preparing for teacher assessments.
A Glossary is provided as a reference tool, and a threaded For Your Discussion message board with discussion starters facilitates student and teacher interaction and communication. For professors there is the Syllabus Manager, which allows easy instructional planning. To begin, select a chapter from the menu in the upper left corner of your screen.
