Case Study

A nurse is eating dinner in a restaurant when a man at the next table begins to gasp for air. He falls to the ground. His face is bright red. The man's wife states that he began to complain of severe itching about 15 minutes ago. Just before he fell, he told his wife his tongue was becoming swollen. The wife states her husband previously has broken out in hives after eating peanuts.
