This is the home page for the Buros Institute of Mental Measurements (BIMM). This is a commercial site, although there is a section called Test Reviews Online that provides some free information. If you want to access BIMM you can do so easily from the library at your university. Most subscribe to services such as EBSCO that allow access to this database.
ETS Test Collection

This site provides access to the ETS Test Collection, an index of published and unpublished tests. Citations include the test title, author, publication date, target population, publisher, and a description of the purpose of the test. There are annotated bibliographies for achievement, aptitude, attitudes and interests, personality, sensory motor, special populations, vocational/occupational, and miscellaneous tests.
