Distribution Problem

You are the shipping clerk of a small firm that prints, binds, and ships popular books for a mid-level publisher. Your production facilities are located in Oshawa, Ontario (Postal code L1J 2J4). Your customers' warehouses are located in Windsor, Ontario (N9B 2V5), Winnipeg, Manitoba (R2G 0Y4), Halifax, Nova Scotia (B3M 4P3), Regina, Saskatchewan (S4P 0R3), and Burnaby, British Columbia (V3N 3M5). The production facility operates 250 days per year. Your books are usually shipped in one of two different sized packages:

Box A 22 cm 30 cm 35 cm 20 kg
Box B 25 cm 13 cm 35 cm 7 kg

The company ships on average about four of Box A to each of the warehouses on an average day and about eight of Box B daily.
