If you have Windows XP on your computer and receive an error when trying to install POM for Windows, QM for Windows, or POM/QM for Windows CDs, you may be attempting to install an "old" CD that was created before Windows 2000 or XP had been released by Microsoft. There is a simple procedure to fix this and install on Windows XP. The error message says "You cannot install a VB5 application without the latest service pack being installed onto this computer. Please install the latest Windows XP service pack and rerun this application." The fix to this, on Windows XP, is:
